ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment methods like PayPal and Shop Pay. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change your shipping address, update your order, or request a cancellation, email support@nethervibe.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

My tracking hasn't updated or my order seems delayed. What should I do? Occasional carrier delays can happen. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days or your order is late, email support@nethervibe.com with your order number and we'll investigate for you.

What are the 4 modes and what do they do? NetherVibe combines four targeted training modes to give you a complete pelvic floor workout in one device. Each mode works a different layer of your pelvic floor — from gentle reactivation for beginners to deeper strengthening for long-term toning. Full guidance is included with your order so you know which mode to use and when.
Is it safe to use postpartum? NetherVibe is designed to be gentle enough for postpartum recovery, but we always recommend getting the green light from your doctor before starting any pelvic floor training after childbirth — typically after your 6-week postpartum check-up.
How often should I use it? Most users see the best results with 10–15 minutes of use, 3–4 times per week. Consistency matters more than intensity — small, regular sessions build lasting strength.
How soon will I see results? Most users start noticing improvements in tone and control within 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Like any workout routine, results depend on frequency and how regularly you stick with it.
What is it made of? NetherVibe is crafted from medical-grade, body-safe silicone — smooth, hypoallergenic, and designed for comfort. It's free from latex, phthalates, and BPA.
Is it waterproof? Yes. NetherVibe is fully waterproof, so it's easy to clean and safe to use in the shower or bath.
How do I clean and care for it? Clean before and after each use with warm water and a gentle, unscented soap (or a toy-safe cleaner). Let it air dry completely before storing. Full care instructions are included with your order.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it? NetherVibe uses a rechargeable battery with USB charging. A full charge gives you multiple sessions. Charging cable is included.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We want you to feel confident trying NetherVibe. If you're not satisfied, please review our official Refund Policy on the website and contact us at support@nethervibe.com with your order details. We'll walk you through the next steps. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate wellness products may have specific return conditions outlined in our policy.
What if my device arrives damaged or with an issue? If your order arrives damaged or defective, take clear photos of the product and packaging and email support@nethervibe.com right away. We'll help you with a replacement or a solution as quickly as possible.
